1. January 9, 2023 – Application Opens
2. August 10, 2023 – Application Closes
3. August 11, 2023 – Registration Payment Due (Sent To: 19623 Evergreen Mill Rd, Leesburg VA 20175)

1. August 14, 2023 – Acceptance  List Released
2. August 17, 2023 – Tournament Brackets Released
3. August 21, 2023 – Preliminary Schedule Released
4. August 25, 2023 – Online Check-In Deadline
5. August 27 , 2023 – Final Schedule Released
