Na’im Bashir will be the Assistant Director of RSA. His role is to enhance the overall training curriculum and elevate each student’s performance on the field and in the classroom.

Na’im is a UEFA ‘B’ licensed coach who has specialized in Player Recruitment, Sports Performance and Youth Development for over a decade. With a background teaching Physical Education, he holds additional certifications in Strength & Conditioning (CSCS), Sports Nutrition and Youth Fitness. His expertise in the Collegiate Recruitment pathway has seen him develop over two dozen athletes who received Division 1 offers in just the last two years.

Na’im has assisted in player identification for various Icelandic and Hungarian Professional teams and has personally developed a number of professional athletes. He is currently the Head Coach for Hybrid Football Club competing in the UPSL.
