Her journey in soccer began at a young age, where she honed her skills from youth leagues to college and even semi-professional levels. Janice’s playing highlights include representing her D1 college team and earning a spot on the Trinidad Senior Women’s National Team.
But Janice’s love for the game didn’t stop at playing; she transitioned seamlessly into coaching, starting as an assistant coach at the tender age of 13. Instead of being paid for the role, she was paid in shoes!
Janice holds a USC Premier coaching license and a USSF C license. Her dedication to coaching excellence, coupled with her diverse playing background, makes her a valuable asset to VA Revolution. Under her guidance, young athletes can expect not only top-notch training but also mentorship that fosters growth, resilience, and a love for the beautiful game.
