Youth Soccer Coach

Virginia Revolution Soccer Club is a competitive youth soccer club located in Leesburg, VA. The Academy is a cornerstone of our club and designed for kids of all skill levels. We aim to create a fun learning environment, encouraging a healthy lifestyle, where we can foster the love for the game and teach the fundamentals needed to be a successful player. We are seeking out motivated and knowledgeable coaches to join our Academy Staff this upcoming fall. Head Coaches will coach their teams twice a week for practices and games on Saturday morning.

Responsibilities:

• Display a passion for coaching and development of each player
• Follow weekly curriculum laid out by Academy Director
• Set-up, clean up, and maintain the field
• Communicate with cancellations, schedules, other information to families
• Build relationships with players and their connection to the sport
• Be supportive and empathic with all the players

Available Shifts:

Tues/Thurs: 4-5pm; 5-6pm; 6-7pm; 7-8pm; & Sat: 8-11am

Mon/Wed: 4-5pm; 5-6pm; 6-7pm; 7-8pm & Sat: 8-11am

Pay:

Competitive salary based on experience. Potential for additional paid coaching opportunities through camps, clinics, training programs, etc.

Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
