With over 11 years of coaching experience, Michael is a dedicated leader in player development and program management. He is currently completing his USSF B License, which will be finalized in May, further enhancing his expertise in coaching and player development.

Michael spent six years coaching at the high school level, including four as a Varsity Head Coach, where he built competitive programs and mentored young athletes. His professional coaching experience includes serving as an Assistant Coach for Loudoun United during their inaugural USL Championship season in 2019-2020. Since joining Virginia Revolution in Fall 2019, Michael has played a key role in shaping the club’s developmental pathway as the Academy Director.

In addition to his coaching experience, Michael holds multiple advanced coaching credentials, including the United Soccer Coaches National Diploma and Director of Coaching Diploma. His commitment to player development, tactical innovation, and leadership continues to drive success within Virginia Revolution’s programs.
