About

This 6-week program runs alongside your child’s practice/s at RavenTek Park. Led by Julie McGee, a certified fitness instructor and registered dietitian, the strength training sessions focus on building strength, improving mobility, and developing better movement patterns. All fitness levels are welcome.

Training Format:
Each session targets specific muscle groups using dumbbells, barbells, and bodyweight exercises. Movements stay consistent throughout the 6 weeks, so you can track real progress whether it’s lifting heavier, moving better, or feeling stronger.

Progressive Structure:

Weeks 1–2: Focus on form and foundational strength

Weeks 3–4: Increase reps or improve movement quality

Weeks 5–6: Add load and refine technique

About the Instructor:

Julie McGee is a fitness instructor and registered dietitian with over 10 years of experience. She blends strength training and nutrition to help clients build muscle, gain confidence, and improve overall health.

Julie coaches group strength classes and offers personalized training programs tailored to individual goals. As a mom of two Revolution players, she’s passionate about making fitness fit into the busy lives of sports families.

Times:

  • 5-6 PM
  • 6-7 PM
  • 7-8 PM

Cost:

  •  3 sessions: $720
  • 2 sessions $480
  • 1 session $240

Session: Weeks of 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 5/27
