Day 1: Understanding how to Excel in Various Formations
- Functional roles and responsibilities in a 1-4-3-3 formation
- Functional roles and responsibilities in a 1-4-4-2 formation
- Functional roles and responsibilities in a 1-3-5-2 and 1-5-3-2 formation
- Functional roles and responsibilities in a 1-3-4-3 formation
Day 2: Advanced Defensive Tactical Concepts
- Fundamentals of individual and small group defending
- Fundamentals of transition
- Understanding various lines of confrontation and defending as a block
- Man-marking vs zonal defensive systems
- Gegenpressing (Counter-pressing)
Day 3: Build-up and Attacking in a Possession-oriented Style of Play
- Building out of the defensive third
- Conceptualization of positional play and situational role interchanges
