Team Check In
TEAM CHECK IN
All teams are required to complete team check-in by August 23rd.
A complete check-in includes all of the following:

- Official roster (either USYS or US Club) uploaded to GotSport
- Valid player passes (including guest players) uploaded to GotSport
- Team information form submitted
Managers are required to be in possession of a signed medical waiver for each player, but they do not need to be uploaded.

Once the team information form is submitted, tournament officials will reviewed the uploaded check in documents. Once complete, an approved roster will be uploaded to GotSport. Please have a copy of the approved roster, along with your player cards and the medical waivers with you at the event.
