All teams are required to complete team check-in for each tournament online through GotSport (https://system.gotsport.com/). Teams that complete online registration will receive a confirmation email from GotSport to the email address listed as “Primary Contact” for this specific event.
A complete check-in includes all of the following:
- Team information sheet
- Official roster (either usys / us club)
- Valid player passes (including guest players)
*Do not upload medical waivers*
1. Locate digital copies of State/Club (approved) Roster and current Player Passes (cards) including guest players. Scan/save each document as an individual PDF.
2. Confirm you have an up to date Medical Waiver for all players, including guests.
3. UPLOAD required documents to GotSport
- Log in to your team’s GotSport page with your username and password.
- Edit you registration/application.
- Upload file.
