High school soccer demands speed, strength, and resilience. VRSC Next Level Performance builds total-body athleticism to help players compete harder, reduce injury risk, and prepare for college and elite competition.
It’s more than a workout — it’s a complete system designed to make athletes stronger, faster, and more explosive. Whether aiming to dominate high school games, impress college recruiters, or prepare for academy and pro opportunities, this program delivers the physical edge to get there.

*Open Gym: Athletes can come in whenever is ideal for their schedule between 9-11am. We will have the workout posted on the board, this is a great opportunity to get a little more individual work with our top level coaches rotating to different areas the entire time!

We emphasize progressive resistance training and foundational lifts to build total-body strength. Stronger athletes are harder to push off the ball, more resilient in contact, and better equipped to handle the physical battles that define the modern game.

Adding lean muscle improves stability and durability, giving players the physical presence to win one-on-one matchups and maintain peak performance throughout long seasons.
3. Explosiveness & Power:
Through plyometrics, sprint mechanics, and explosive lifting variations, athletes develop first-step quickness, higher vertical jumps, and faster acceleration. These qualities directly translate to beating opponents to the ball, changing direction with confidence, and creating separation in tight spaces.
4. Injury Prevention & Longevity
Mobility, flexibility, and joint-stability training are built into every phase of the program. By strengthening core stabilizers, improving movement quality, and addressing common weak points, we help athletes stay healthy, avoid setbacks, and maximize availability during critical stretches of the season.

Success at the high school level is only the beginning.
