Training will take place in a small group environment so athletes receive quality coaching and feedback while progressing through structured sessions designed to support their development. Participants will train both indoors and outdoors, utilizing our newly renovated gym and equipment while also spending time on the field to develop the physical qualities required for the game.
Sessions will focus on the key components of strength and conditioning that help players prepare for the demands of a competitive season. Athletes will work on building strength, improving speed and change of direction ability, and developing the movement mechanics and conditioning needed to perform on the field. The focus of the program is to ensure athletes are physically prepared for the season by developing the strength, speed, conditioning, and movement capacity needed to train consistently and perform at a high level throughout the year.

Cameron Carson serves as Director of Athletic Performance, leading strength, speed, agility, and coordination training to elevate on-field performance. By focusing on proper biomechanics, athletes improve movement efficiency and overall effectiveness.
A certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a degree in Public Health, Cameron is a former Division I record-holding football player at UMass. With over 14 years of soccer experience and a strong background in performance coaching, he brings energy, discipline, and a deep commitment to athlete development.
