Team Check In
TEAM CHECK IN
All teams are required to complete team check-in by August 23rd.
A complete check-in includes all of the following:

- 2024/2025 Official roster (either USYS or US Club) uploaded to GotSport
- 2024/2025 player passes (including guest players) uploaded to GotSport
- Team information form submitted
Managers are required to be in possession of a signed medical waiver for each player, but they do not need to be uploaded.
The VYSA medical waiver can be found here.
An approved roster will be uploaded to your GotSport registration when it is ready.
