chad@varevolution.com Chad Floyd is a C License coach with eight years of experience in club and high school soccer. He has coached at Discoveries SC, Charlotte Independence, Charlotte Soccer Academy, and FC Alliance in West Virginia. Chad also coaches varsity boys and girls at York Prep Academy and recently worked with West Virginia ODP. He brings a strong commitment to player development at every level.
