Kristin Thompson brings a wealth of international playing and coaching experience to the game. She grew up on the island of Guam before returning to the United States in 2024.

As a former player and captain of the Guam Women’s National Team, Kristin also earned All-American honors during her collegiate career at Northland International University. Her leadership on the field translated seamlessly into coaching, where she has since worked at the highest levels of the game.

Kristin holds an AFC A Coaching Diploma and has coached across senior and youth international competitions, including FIFA tournaments, Olympic qualifiers, and AFC championships. Her experience spans national team leadership, youth development, and academy programming, with a strong focus on growing the women’s game.

Outside of soccer, Kristin has a deep love for horses and is passionate about volunteering with local equine-assisted therapy programs.
