Michele Baumgarten joins VA Revolution following a 15-year career in Financial Services. She is an experienced product & process manager, marketer and communications professional, having worked on large-scale business integrations for large regional banks and as a project manager in Marketing, Operations and Human Resources. Since joining the club, Michele has been focused on the Travel Soccer programs. She provides administration support for all travel teams and works as a liaison between each team and the leagues in which they participate. Michele serves as the Club representative with the Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA) and the National Capital Soccer League (NCSL) as well as working with the Elite Development Program (EDP) and the Girls Academy (GA) leagues. Michele is currently in her fourth year at VA Revolution.
