The VRSC Strength & Performance Program is designed to enhance overall athleticism, combining time in our newly equipped indoor gym with outdoor sessions on the field. Over 6 weeks, participants will focus on speed, agility, strength, and coordination, tailored to their age group.
Open to all regardless of club affiliation.
Training Schedule:
Session Options:
3 Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Duration: 4 weeks
Session Length: 45 minutes
Cost: 3 sessions per week: $400
Block 1: June 16-July 18 (week of June 30 off)
Block 2: July 21-August 15
Age groups and times:
- U13 – U19: 8AM or 6PM
- U9 – U12: 8AM or 6PM

- U13-U19: Emphasis on speed, strength, agility, and explosiveness.

Whether you’re building foundational skills or refining details for elite competition, this program addresses the critical elements necessary for athletic success. As competition intensifies, the margin for error narrows, making precision and attention to detail essential for peak performance.

- Pre-Test Assessment: Establish baseline performance metrics.
- Body Mechanics & Movement: Focus on proper technique to maximize efficiency.
- Force Production: Strength training designed to increase power.
- Power & Explosiveness: Exercises aimed at rapid force generation.
- Velocity Training: Techniques to improve speed and acceleration.
- Post-Test Assessment: Measure improvements and progress after the program.

Cameron Carson
Director of Athletic Performance
Cameron Carson serves as Director of Athletic Performance, leading strength, speed, agility, and coordination training to elevate on-field performance. By focusing on proper biomechanics, athletes improve movement efficiency and overall effectiveness.
A certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a degree in Public Health, Cameron is a former Division I record-holding football player at UMass. With over 14 years of soccer experience and a strong background in performance coaching, he brings energy, discipline, and a deep commitment to athlete development.
