Matthew hails from Preston, England, and brings a wealth of international experience to the Revolution. For more than a decade, he has dedicated his career to advancing the game through roles with PA West ODP and NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer. He has also served in key organizational leadership positions in Toledo, Ohio, further expanding his impact on the sport. Currently completing his UEFA A License, Matthew continues to strengthen his expertise at the highest level of coaching.

Throughout his career, Matthew has shown a remarkable ability to guide both players and coaches while maintaining a clear focus on long-term player development. Beyond the technical side of the game, he is passionate about building strong relationships with youth organizations and associations, ensuring that soccer development is holistic and community-driven. His leadership fosters both excellence on the field and collaboration off it.
