Soccer has always been a major part of Allen Ashrafzadeh’s life. Born in Iran, Allen grew up with a deep love and passion for the game. His playing experience includes four years of competitive soccer at the university level and three years of futsal, which helped him develop a strong understanding of the game from a player’s perspective.

Allen began his coaching journey in Iran, where he spent six years working with players in the U12–U15 age groups. During that time, he also gained experience in club management, academy development, player education, and talent identification.

Allen is currently completing his USSF D License and plans to continue his coaching education through the UEFA licensing pathway. His coaching approach focuses on player development, building strong relationships, and encouraging creative, intelligent soccer.
