Cameron Carson, CSCS, CPT
Director of Performance
Cameron Carson serves as the Director of Performance for Virginia Revolution Soccer Club, leading the club’s strength & conditioning, speed, agility, and athletic development programs for players across all age groups. With a background spanning youth, academy, collegiate, and professional soccer, Cameron is dedicated to helping athletes improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build the physical foundation necessary for long-term success in the game.
In addition to his role with Virginia Revolution, Cameron serves as the Head Performance Coach for Loudoun United FC II and Assistant Performance Coach for Loudoun United FC, where he works in a professional environment focused on player development, performance optimization, and return-to-play strategies. This experience allows him to bring current professional standards and best practices directly into the club environment.
A Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Cameron specializes in strength development, speed and agility training, movement mechanics, performance testing, and long-term athlete development. He works closely with coaches, athletes, and families to ensure physical preparation supports both individual growth and on-field performance.
Fun Fact: Cameron holds the record for the most field goals made in UMass Football history.
