Dan brings 20+ years of professional coaching experience in the Northern Virginia area including head coaching stints at the GA & ECNL National League levels.  He has led several teams that have qualified for USYS National League & Regional League, Super Y Nationals and captured numerous championships at prestigious events such as the VYSA State Cup, US Club State Cup, Jeff Cup and many more. In addition, he has coached athletes who have went on to play in the NWSL, US Youth National Teams, ECNL All-American & All-Conference selections and Girls Academy (GA) All-Conference selections in addition to the dozens of collegiate athletes, high school state championships and Gatorade Players of the Year.

Dan’s coaching philosophy revolves around relationship building, leadership and respect and he empowers his athletes to take ownership and accountability of their development and goals. Dan currently holds a USSF C License and holds a Masters Degree in Health, Recreation and Physical Education.  In addition to coaching, he has also been an LCPS PE teacher for 15 years.
