David MacMillan is an experienced soccer coach, trainer, and former semi-professional player with decades of leadership in youth, club, and high school soccer. He holds a USSF D License and has completed extensive coaching and safety certifications, including Positive Coaching Alliance, Human Kinetics Coaching Principles, NFHS Concussion Training, SafeSport, CPR, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Heat Illness Prevention, and Youth Injury Prevention.

Since 2006, he has coached / trained through Soccer the Brazilian Way and has also served as FCV Ashburn Rec Director, Puma Elite Futsal Coach, and Park View High School Varsity Coach. His teams have earned success at the national, regional, and state levels, including USL-Y, ECNL-R, EDP National League, USYS State Cuo ,VYSA Presidents Cup, and USYS Regional competition.
