James’ passion for soccer started growing up playing youth and high school soccer in New Jersey. At 17 years old James opted to pursue a professional soccer, and he moved to England to join Sheffield Wednesday in 2015. James has since enjoyed a career playing the game he loves, having made more than 200 appearances in the UK, MLS and mostly the USL, where he continues to play today with Loudoun United.

Having been lucky enough to be mentored by many great coaches throughout his youth and professional career, James built a real passion and desire for coaching, which he has now done for 7+ years at various levels. He has received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from SNHU, and has goals of obtaining his U.S. Soccer “B” License in the near future. Using
the combination of his experience and education, James loves being able to develop the next generation of players.

James has an attack minded forward thinking approach to the game, emphasizing confidence and personality in the way his teams and players play. And above all, he wants everyone to enjoy the game as much as he does.
