Born and bred in Morocco, Rachid Ajabri completed a 10-year player development program at the Raja Athletic Club de Casablanca Academy. He brings a global perspective to the game, shaped by his collegiate playing experience in Morocco. After twenty years, his passion for soccer brought him back to coaching at Revolution SC.

Rachid began his coaching career as a volunteer with Virginia Soccer Association before joining Revolution Soccer Club in 2025.
